What's in your file
If you've taken the quiz, your record contains:
- Your email address
- Your 10 quiz answers
- Your consent flags (waitlist, founding family)
- Your first name and your child's first name — only if you provided them
- Your UK mobile — only if you provided it (used solely for SMS check-ins if you opted in)
If you only joined the waitlist (didn't take the quiz), your record contains just your email + name (if given) + your consent.
How to see it
Email hello@kairoo.co.uk with the subject *"My file"*. We'll send you a JSON export of everything we hold on you within 7 working days (legally up to 30, but we aim for 7).
How to delete it
Every email we send has a footer link that says "Delete me from Kairoo". One click removes your entire record — no follow-up, no "are you sure?", no win-back attempts. We respect that you've decided to leave.
If you'd rather email us, hello@kairoo.co.uk with the subject *"Delete me"* does the same thing within 48 hours.
What we'll never do
- Sell your data to anyone, ever.
- Share it with advertisers, ad networks, or trackers.
- Train AI models on your answers without your explicit consent.
- Monitor your child's screens or devices.
- Surveil what your child is doing online.
- Use your child's name in marketing.
- Send you weekly newsletters — only the result and one 6-week check-in.
